Strategy Development
We offer external challenge and diversity of thought to provide appropriate challenge in pursuit of strategy development. Working with Leadership Teams, we strategically use tension and conflict to spur better and more innovative work. We also work with organisations to increase understanding and improve decision making in complex and uncertain contexts.
Organisational Review
We bring a track record in the conduct of strategic review of large complex organisations using structured data collection and analysis methods in order to deliver meaningful conclusions and recommendations. We will bring an objectivity to our work that provides decision support on what can often be difficult organisational choices. We have access to several associates to ensure a breadth of perspectives are brought to bear in the review process.
Board Effectiveness
There is a loneliness that comes with senior leadership. We can offer support to individual Board Members or work with Boards to review their effectiveness. Our consultants have significant board room experience in both the private and public sector, often in challenging and regulated environments. They are Fellows and Members of the Institute of Directors.
