About Programme Success

Programme Success is a management consulting company which brings together broad ranging capabilities, experiences, and perspectives to support solving some of the most complex challenges organisations face in today’s uncertain world. We offer the bridge between where organisations are now and where they want to be.

Our sector expertise is primarily in highly regulated environments such as civil nuclear, aerospace and defence but also in industry-academia research partnerships.

Our approach will bring authenticity, humility, and social connection to everything that we do. We have an open and inclusive style, recognising the value of different perspectives. We use our accredited coaching skills to positively create tension and conflict to spur better, more innovative outcomes.

— We offer the bridge between where people and organisations are now and where they want to be.
